LITTER CHALLENGE GRANTS
Since 2014, The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools, Inc. has partnered with the Baltimore County Executive and the Baltimore County Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability to host the Clean Green 15: Litter Challenge.

Through this program, BCPS schools and their community partners conduct quick 15-minute litter clean-ups between May 1 and April 30 and compete for grant funds to see which school communities can log the most clean-ups, the most volunteers, and the most trash collected.

COMPETE FOR GRANT FUNDS
In June, The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools awards grants to the winning schools to fund school-based instructional projects emphasizing the theme of environmental literacy.
